Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process for our clients in all aspects of payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. - Experience in Dealing with multiple clients and handling client's escalations. - Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data, verify its accuracy, and reconcile any discrepancies. - Develop, collect requirement and implement efficient payroll processes for clients and enhance performance and productivity. - Analyze payroll data to detect trends, patterns, and discrepancies, ensuring precise reporting and payments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related issues and provide guidance. - Stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments. - Train and mentor payroll professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Oversee the seamless integration of new clients into our payroll system. - Manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and balancing team workload. Requirements: - Bachelor's/PG Degree - 5+ years of proven experience in payroll operations - Outstanding leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams. - Thorough knowledge of Indian payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
