Job Details :

- Responsible for SAP end user activities i.e. offer, appointments, hiring, confirmation, transfer, Promotion, F&F Settlements, payroll & updating of all employee details from time to time as and when required.

- Generating various reports from SAP.

- Ensure updation of latest income tax slabs as declared in the Govt. budget in the salary structure for every Financial Year.

- Responsible for Statutory compliance management.

- Responsible for handling HR shared services & salary activities for Noida & Bangalore location

- Preparing standard operating procedure and documentation for payroll processes

- Payroll Management - payroll inputs in SAP

- Issuing service letters to the employees

- SAP HR (creating, maintaining & terminating an account in the system)

- Employee profile - Master data maintenance

- Ensuring timely completion of statutory compliance's like providing employee data and annual wage survey to the consultant

- Assisting employees in achieving their given targets & goals

- Well versed with formalities & documentation.

- Good relationship management skills.

- An effective communicator with good negotiation skills.

- Refined analytical, problem solving, statistical & organizational abilities.
