Job Description :
- Ensure payroll and post payroll activities are accurately done within the time lines
- Ensure that the HR processes are seamless for business delivery
- Guide the Management with regards to Compensation & Benefits
- Handle all escalation queries related to HR Operations proactively
- Lead the Annual Salary Review and Bonus exercise with the Business HR Manager
- Lead closure for all post payroll activities
- Ensure the team takes on timely completion of all the hiring processes for the new hire to retire HR operational processes
- Ensure timely completion of post joining, confirmation process, step-up reviews
- Lead and execute the Manpower planning, budget, and forecast exercise in collaboration with the Business HR manager
- 12+ years industry experience in HR Management required
- You should have hands on payroll processing and HR ops experience in medium setups. SAP, Oracle experience preferred
