ROLE DESCRIPTION: To manage and execute payroll, documentation / filing, MIS & data management, HRMS, benefits administration etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Maintain employee files, preparation of letters, assist with joining formalities
- Ensure that all master files including payroll, corporate database, HRMS are updated
- Ensure that payroll input is accurate and updated, cross verify payroll output and reconcile on a monthly basis
- Salary JVs, reports and MIS to Controllers, payroll files sent to and received from Payroll vendor
- HR audits, IFC audits
- Check leave and attendance records, ensure that musters and leave system is updated
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- MS EXCEL - Advanced
- Ability to analyze and interpret data. Ability to report performance
- Payroll and data management
- Intermediate level of communication skills and ability to interact with multiple levels in the organization
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Graduate / Inter-CA / CA / MBA / PGDM with 10+ Years of experience.
