Requirement Description :
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and Hands-on experience in managing a minimum of 2000+ Head Count.
Payroll:
- BoA allocation for existing employees and new joiners
- Contract Joiners
- Contract renewals
- Inter-Company transfer
- Employee car settlement
- Leave without pay
- Master changes in the database
- Maintaining new joiner's Basic and salary details in the master
- Overtime calculations
- Performance Incentive
- Salary Revision.
Compliance:
- CLRA
- Dealing with Government authorities- PF officer, Labour officer, etc.
- Attending all hearings at EPFO, Labour office.
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Minimum Wages Act
- PF Act
- Shops and Establishment Act
- Updating compliance tool- 1000+ Compliances.
Reporting:
- Compliance report
- Contract Renewal
- Convergence Payroll Expenses Report
- Employee list sharing with Admin. (Insurance), Shared Services(Costing)
- Full and Final Settlement advice
- Weekly Gratuity advice
- Monthly Gratuity and exit MIS
Office of WSG:
- Organizing quarterly meetings of the committee members
- Organizing townhalls basis requirement
- Updating WSG Posters, Policy, etc.
Miscellaneous:
- Addressing employee queries related to all HR matters
- Increments as and when - Overall
- Incentives processing as and when- Overall
- Background check process and exit employees
- Audit Management - Internal and Statutory.
- Handling performance improvement plan (PIP)
- HR Special Projects- Let Go, Salary reduction and Engagement letters, etc.
- HRIS Management
- Maintaining HR Database- Employee master
- Separations process
- Serving the requirement of the Shared service department for cost allocation.
- Employee confirmation and Probation
- Serving the requirement of the Legal & Secretarial department for board meetings- Headcount reporting, WSG, Whistle-Blower cases reporting, HR Writeup for the annual report
- Overseeing entire HR processes except for Talent Acquisition
- Leave page management at Company
- Serving the data requirement of the group for any matter pertaining to salary.
