We are hiring a Manager Payroll & compliance for Gurgaon Location ; This role is a combination of Payroll , HR Operations role. Exposure to Management of Payroll & Statutory compliance for multiple locations is a must & non negotiable. The company has employees at Multiple locations & this role holder has to process payroll for all those locations centrally
KRA:
- Managing End to End Payroll - Headcount of 500-1000 employees for PAN India.
- Update employee payroll master sheet (Addition of new employees and deletion of exit employees).
- Compiled monthly attendance for payroll processing & update in payroll sheet.
- Checking TDS, Investment declaration, previous employer income, form-16 details in payroll sheet.
- Putting additional pay data like LTA & Medical, loan, salary advance of Employees, gift, Long service award amount, other award amount, incentives etc.
- Responsible for Tracking attendance through the Leave and Attendance module in the HRMS
- Extract and validate the Payroll Attendance Report and identify any irregularity
- Monthly Payroll checking and maintaining 100% accuracy in Payroll Data.
- Ensuring the tax compliance and the correctness of tax calculation.
- Worked closely with the internal finance team to ensure efficient processing of monthly payroll.
- Managing the statutory compliance at all level under, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity and Bonus act.
- CLRA registration, shop and establishment act, payments act, notice documents preparation,
- Approving PF Transfer claims and KYC with the help of DSC.
- Monthly checking of all salary invoice bills along with compliance documents and statutory challans.
- Implementing Dashboard in the current organization with detailed compliances & Checklist.
- Conducting compliance audit and responsible for PF settlement from RPFC and handled transfer in and transfer out the case.
- Licensing with government bodies, for various licenses and registration under Shop and Establishment, CLRA, PT and LWF
- Responsible for submission of compliance returns under various labour legislations applicable E.g.: ESIC, PF, LWF, WC, MW, and PT
- Every Quarter Revise the Salary structure of outsourced employees as per the Minimum wages Act 1948.
- Calculation of Gratuity payments for resigned/retired employees.
- Coordination with Accounts & Finance team for making the statutory payments.
Skills & Exp :
- Strong understanding & Experience of Payroll Processing for 500 - 1000 employees
- Strong process knowledge and expertise in driving end to end HR processes independently
- Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for details, energetic & hands-on
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel a must
- Exposure of Working in an ERP environment ()
- MBA from a good institute with 8-10 years of experience.
