1. Lead Payroll, Leave Management, Full & Final settlement, Employee Labor Compliances for all group companies.
2. Help leverage digitization & automation to design processes and build reliable & integrated solutions that provide seamless & consistent experience to employees.
3. Ensure 100% accuracy, timeliness and completeness of payroll processing & full & final settlements
4. Ensure 100% payroll & labor compliances.
5. Ensure continuous process improvements of all Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement processes.
6. Define, build & measure process SLAs and compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders.
7. Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement processes and ensure audit readiness.
8. Adopt lean methodology to standardize & simplify the processes to give employee consistent & predictable experiences.
9. Build & Implement effective feedback mechanism to invite inputs & 'Corrective and Preventive Action' approach for improving processes & enhancing employee value proposition.
10. Design & implement end-to-end payroll delivery and compliance reporting framework
