Manager Payroll - International and India
Location : Bangalore
Role
1) Deliver Payroll
2) Ensure timelines and accuracy of payroll
3) Ensure confirmation with policies and process of organisation
4) Documentation
5) Enable process improvement through analysis of various areas and recommend change as and when needed
6) Ensure payroll adheres to compensation budget
7) Understanding of benefits program, pay structure and its implementation
8) Ability to work in an international reporting matrix and manager vendors
Experience needed
1) US and India payroll understanding is a must . East Asia will be a plus
2) Team management
3) Deep understanding of payroll software and its IT linkages
4) Multi taskers
5) Can work under pressure and deadlines
