Manager - Payroll - APAC & EMEA Region - Mfg/FMCG/IT/KPO

Manager - Payroll with a US Based MNC ( Only Female Candidate)

Candidate should have experience in APAC and EMEA payroll

Should have managed a big team

Manage the governance process for all changes related to the vendor managed payroll

Conducts quarterly business review with vendors to measure performance and take appropriate action to improve the service

Manage the interaction with vendors and global service delivery groups for smooth operations

Manage the overall coordination of the payroll platform migrations and implementations in the region ensuring quality and controls are in place

Lead integration between different systems and the Payroll application across business groups in the region

Manage M&A activity and ensure that Payrolls are integrated in to the standard delivery model right and fast

Improve HR processes and support functional excellence for the global payroll team

Coordinate resources for providing functional and technical Payroll expertise to the business at all levels, including production support, data analysis, customer issue resolution and troubleshooting
