Position: Manager Payroll
Position Reports to: Asst. General Manager - HR
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Executive MBA / Post Graduate
Role: Manager Payroll
- Managing the entire payroll with the help of third party Payroll vendor.
- Validating Salary Inputs, Draft Salary Registers, Bank files
- Ensuring accurate, error free and timely payout of Payroll
- Ensuring Monthly Payroll Calendar is followed as per SLAs agreed with the Payroll Vendor
- Stakeholder Management with internal functions (Finance, Taxation, HRBPs, Head HRs)
- Managing Internal / External Audits related to payroll and its compliances
- To ensure timely data transition on monthly / as required basis to Finance & other departments (Salary JVs, related entries, etc)
- Timely deposit of Statutory Bonus, PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax and any other statutory deductions.
- Handling employee queries related to their payroll
- Candidate preferred who has worked on HRMS Platforms (Workday/SAP/PeopleSoft/DarwinBox) and have worked with renowned Payroll Vendors.
