Manager - Payment Gateway & Fee Income - Banking

1. Responsible for developing the use of netbanking as a payment platform on both desktop and mobile for various use cases like recharges, bill payments and online shopping.

2. Gather functional requirements and support rapid development for projects that will directly increase the customer usage on these platforms and devise new avenues to increase usage.

3. Build and maintain processes for the business

4. Devise innovations solutions/campaigns for enhancing fee income.

5. Create solutions for enhancing penetration of netbanking in current base and NTB customer.

6. Design flows for customer transaction flow& aggregator integration processes.

7. Manage internal stakeholders - technology, legal, compliance & marketing for product documentation and clearances

8. Develop a deep understanding of customer transaction behavior, identify gaps in core products functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same

Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
