- Experience in recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Must have done passive sourcing through linkedin, social media, alternative sources.
- Should be able to meet the needs of various service areas
- Should have managed a team of passive sourcing specialists
- Should be expert in tapping into the passive talent pool in the market (Senior Analysts / Assistant Managers)
- Understand the assigned service areas, technologies and sourcing processes
- Keep up with the market best practices in terms of sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
