Core Responsibilities :
This is a leadership sales role in franchisee development team. Franchisee development team would be the key sales engine of Rivigo driving sales across the country for all Rivigo products
- As a leader in franchisee development team, he / she would be handling a sales book of Rs 500 Cr+ in his/ her region through building franchisee
- He / she would have to determine the number of franchisee to be on-boarded in the region and working towards hiring, training and inspiring them
- Given the transformational impact we can create, he / she would work with the franchisee to ensure the growth and success of the franchisee & Rivigo in the region
- He / she would be responsible for manage the performance of the franchisee in the region
Qualifications :
Education :
- Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS) + Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
- Min 70% marks through out
Professional attributes :
- Lead a team comprising of very capable professionals
- Manage sales process
- Prior distributor / franchisee building & management experience
Personal attributes :
