Core Responsibilities :

This is a leadership sales role in franchisee development team. Franchisee development team would be the key sales engine of Rivigo driving sales across the country for all Logistics products

1. As a leader in franchisee development team, he / she would be handling a sales book of Rs 500 Cr+ in his/ her region through building franchisee

2. He / she would have to determine the number of franchisee to be on-boarded in the region and working towards hiring, training and inspiring them

3. Given the transformational impact we can create, he / she would work with the franchisee to ensure the growth and success of the franchisee & Rivigo in the region

4. He / she would be responsible for manage the performance of the franchisee in the region

Locations:

Pune, Bangalore, Chennai

Education :

- Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)

+

- Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage

- Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience : 2 - 7

Professional attributes :

- Lead a team comprising of very capable professionals

- Manage sales process

- Prior distributor / franchisee building & management experience

Personal attributes :

- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to inspire people to become entrepreneurs.

- The person should be able to understand the economics for businesses and problem solve to achieve higher bottom line.

- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor individuals.
