Role: Partnership Sales
Location: Bangalore
- We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Sales Manager to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships.
- In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies.
- Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Sign up advertisement publishers (online and offline) on the Cubera network.
- Negotiate commercials for Cubera.
- Market research about trends in the publisher ecosystem.
- Collaboration with the brand sales team to build attractive proposals for brands.
- Identify and Develop Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner organizations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership deals.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and drive additional value.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all partnership activities and communications.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnership deals.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
