Partnership and Alliances Manager - Tea Brand
Work responsibilities -
- Sourcing suppliers across all categories.
- Identifying potential partners, preparing proposals, negotiating offers and closing partnerships
- Develop marketing plans and ensure that we fulfill all our marketing commitments (website, newsletter, mailers)
- To deliver all the communications for member engagement (newsletter, member engagement mailer, themed mailers etc)
- Working on the Engagement strategy for our members
- Coordinate with the Member Assistant Team for their supplier requirements/ feedbacks on engagement e mailers and to map the kind of requests we get
- Coordinate with Head PR and Events on partner events/ promotions etc
- Training of resources
- Networking (especially with pr agencies, event agencies, store owners etc)
Key Skills :
- Experience across business development, alliances, marketing strategies, digital sales, account management
- Creating opportunities for online marketing alliances
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Networking skills
- Extrovert (should like to socialize, meet new people, willing to check out new places like clubs/restaurants/spas etc)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and adhere to timelines
- Self motivated and a great attitude
- Brand alliances and partnerships negotiation skills.
- Vendor on boarding skills
