- Lead the development and deployment of strategy for Alliance and Partnerships Program with the objective of facilitating the achievement of the business objective through aligned strategic choices and impactful customer communication.
- Strategize & design strategic alliances marketing program in line with the product portfolio & ambitions of the organization with individual partners to meet its medium and long term goals.
- Deploy & Develop Strategy for growth by developing and eco system of partnership with Key partners giving access to strategic markets, technologies, geographies and competencies.
- Execute Alliance Agreements, NDA's and Business Plans with Partners for long term sustainable growth. Set Processes & Systems in place.
- Manage end to end partner relationship from driving initial conversation, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking..
- Run the strategic alliances marketing program end to end. Drive key aspects of strategic initiatives across product, technology, sales, and marketing, both internally and externally for smooth implementation.
- Ensure 100% partner satisfaction and trouble shoot issues with partners.
- Tie-up with payment gateway partners and online wallet companies or lead generation tie-up with app based service providers.
- Create opportunities for long & short term coalitions with various complementary categories.
Qualification & Skills:
- MBA, with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast- paced office environment.
