Manager - Packaging Development- FMCG - IIP

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - Packaging for an MNC FMCG, based in Mumbai.

- Post Grad in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging ( IIP ) with 10-12 years of rock solid Packaging Development exp in an FMCG or Pharma is mandatory.

- Deliver all the packaging aspects for all the Innovations, saving and sustainability program

- To deliver the content of technical specifications for all packaging components developed.

- Proven packaging expertise on at least flexible and rigids.

- Use all digital platform for data analysis, document creation & maintenance of data

- Seamless working with the Global Team on formulations, processing, Supply Chain etc.

- Lead and deliver continuous value improvement /cost saving

- Action planning to resolve design related in-market issues

- Lead delivery of key consumer activation/ promotion programs

- Lead the packaging work related to E commerce
