Manager - Overseas Compliance - FATCA/CRS - Financial Services

Job Description:

- Reporting under FATCA/CRS-India to CBDT.

- Analysing data for reporting under FATCA/CRS, disseminating the data to various teams and ensuring that data is rectified.

- Handling day to queries relating to FATCA/CRS and updating the Chatbot.

- Assisting overseas locations in Reporting under FATCA/CRS to their respective Regulators

- Preparing MCR summary for Hong Kong and Dubai

- Handling Critical Regulatory correspondences of various overseas locations

- Reviewing Compliance Testing Reports for various overseas locations

- Ensuring timely updation of CG reporter for Hong Kong and Dubai

- Reviewing Compliance manuals for Hong Kong and Dubai

- Preparing Quarterly Progress Report to RBI for Hong Kong and Dubai

- Reviewing guidelines issued by various regulators in Hong Kong and Dubai.

- Reviewing PAC notes for assigned locations from regulation and compliance perspective

- Reviewing ALCO notes

- RBI inspection queries handling pertaining to overseas locations
