We are looking for a professional Manager - Outsourcing risk for one of the leading financial firms at Bangalore. - The role holder is responsible for managing outsourcing risk for the vendors engaged by the Company. - The role shall be responsible for conducting due diligence for new vendor engagement in accordance with regulatory guidelines and oversight over vendors on an ongoing basis. - The role holder should have thorough knowledge of RBI guidelines on Outsourcing of Financial Services by Banks. Qualification - BCOM/BTech - MBA in Finance / Masters in Computer Science Job Responsibility:&nbsp; - Provider prior to engaging the Service Provider. - Perform Outsourcing &amp; Vendor Agreement review for all Units of the Bank.&nbsp; Schedule and Conduct Vendor Risk Reviews Onsite and Offsite reviews to ascertain the effectiveness of the Vendor's Operational aspects such as Information Security, Process, Business Continuity and Physical Security. - Issue Vendor Risk Review Reports/ Observation to Senior and Top Management Coordinate with Senior and Top Management to ensure timely closure of open observations. - Monitor contractual requirements/ adherence to SLAs by establishing acceptable performance metrics (KPIs) for various vendors and ensure that these SLA's are part of vendor agreement - Coordinate with Units of the Bank for collation of Vendor Operational Errors and update Bank's Operational Risk Database. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Vendor lapses - Preferably in a Technology / Banking / Consultancy Environment/IS Audits / Managing Outsourcing Risk
