MUST-HAVES :

- Calculation and review of deal-wise NAV, Management fees & Admin fees.

- Liaise with CRM to plan and monitor client SLAs and deliverables.

- Expertise in Real estate accounting & Private equity experience is must-have.

JD :

Range of Experience - 8+ years relevant experience

- Act as the technical SME and ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables of the team

- Liaise with CRM to plan and monitor client SLAs and deliverables

- Expertise in Real estate accounting

- Calculation and review of deal wise NAV , Management fees & Admin fees

- Review of capital calls , distribution schedules, and notices

- Ensure that processes/procedures are in accordance with the respective fund documents and internal controls.

- Identify , mentor and fast track high performers

- Nominate deserving team members for promotions/awards

- Groom subordinates to create bench strength
