Job Responsibilities:
- To execute organizational strategy and to ensure desired business results
- Recruit Insurance Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Training, Development, Certify of Each Agent
- Maintain & enhance service levels provided to the Vendor thus ensure sustenance in existing business.
- Identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Maintain shrinkage & Attrition at desirable levels
