The AVP Sales will be reporting to the CEO and will be a part of the top management. This person is going to be involved in all the strategic planning meetings.
Responsibilities -
- Manage the team of highly skilled outbound sales team.
- Develop a sales strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Assist team in generating leads and Ensure conversion of leads generated through cold calling
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep records of sales, revenue, and sales pipeline.
- Be a mentor to the sales team
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
See if you are the ideal person for this job:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute. (IIMs / IITs / XLRI / XIMB)
- Proven working experience as a business development manager in a B2C environment.
- Proven sales track record (The CV should bring that out clearly
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Salary Offered : 10 - 12 LPA
