Job Description
This position will be responsible for overall sales & technical for OTR Tires. Also to work with regional sales team who is responsible for generating new business opportunities by regular interaction with the customers, OEMs, market estimation, identifying the needs of the customer in terms of products, new trends in the industry and prepare the short-term & long-term plans to achieve the high level of growth within the industry, and coordinating with all stake holders / HO.
Principle Responsibilities - Commercial -
- Developing effective business activities from deep understanding of customers - needs and market developments
- Perceive new strategies for maximizing profits
- Participation in Tenders & RFQ
- Coordination with manufacturer for timely availability of product
- Achievement of revenue sales targets
- Achievement of collection targets
- Key Account Management
- Customer & Price Mapping
- Competitor Tracking
- Promotional Activities

Essential Skills:
- B. E. (Mechanical) + MBA (preferred)
