Role : Manager - Organizational Development
- Ensure that the HR function is focused on the critical business imperatives and operates in accordance with strategic directions and priorities as incorporated in the 5-year plan for the business
- Ensure that benchmark HR processes are designed and adopted in the business
- Develop and implement a robust Talent management plan for the managers in the division which would include (but not be limited to - Performance Management, Talent A sourcing, Recruitment and On boarding, Compensation, and Benefits and Succession Planning)
- Ensure the best available pool of talent by constantly monitoring, analyzing and implementing new developmental tools.
- To integrate business HR initiatives with the overall Corporate HR strategies
- Ensure administrative efficiency by re engineering HR processes and facilitating the adoption of contemporary HR IT systems.
- To conceptualize and execute Capability Building Plans for the Business, so as to ensure a structured approach to Learning and Development
- To formulate and periodically review SBU HR budgets so as to enhance focus on cost efficiencies and quality of outcomes
- To anchor the pan annual employee engagement survey for the business and closely monitor result communication, action plan formulation, and action plan development
