Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct organisational change management initiatives for business transformation initiatives.
- Manage organisational transformation using a method or procedure that is well-structured.
- Coordinate and implement successful change programmes on schedule and within budget by managing and assisting cross-functional teams across several geographies.
- Identify, create, and carry out change plans and strategies in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Conduct leadership alignment workshops to clarify the vision and scope of business transformation, the justification for change, and the programme governance model.
- Assess the impact of the change and the organization's readiness to spot and address possible hazards.
- List and describe advantages as part of a change programme.
- Establish communication and stakeholder engagement plans to facilitate the change strategy's execution.
Requirements :
- An MBA or comparable advanced degree
- 7+ years of relevant expertise in organisational change management
- Knowledge in managing workstreams and project efforts in large-scale, complex transformations
