- Design business focused OD interventions based on business challenges and define roadmap for strategic HR interventions.
- Design & Deliver cultural interventions based on insights from culture audit, engagement and organizational health studies (MCARES etc.)
- Handling Employee Engagement processes and data
- Understanding of organization design principles, business / functional value chain and restructure activities / departments through in-depth study and propose alternatives to Business / HR Heads
- Partner effectively with HR heads to create customized career and talent related interventions for employees in line with their career aspirations
- Ensure delivery of the employer brand promise( EVP) by designing new initiatives, strengthening and realigning existing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to the external audience about the unique experience and build the employer brand.
- Research emerging trends ,contextualize the trends to the organization and thus ensure existence of relevant people practices and offerings.
- Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure, climate, Org health etc. and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient.
- Conceptualize and implement large scale change management interventions and measure effectiveness of such interventions.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with a large organization known for its HR practices.
- Large conglomerates / MNCs.
- Post graduate degree in human resources

3. Have a thorough understanding of diagnostic tools, data collection methodologies and be well versed with data analysis and synthesis

6. High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm during change and ambiguity
- In depth knowledge of OD diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of techniques used for project management including preparation of proposed plans, milestones and schedules
- Expertise in consulting, facilitation, coaching and program management
- Able to quickly build credibility with a range of groups/individuals
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, requires influencing stakeholders for partnerships
