Looking for a OD specialist with 7- 10 yrs experience for an IT Product / Office hardware company :
- Understanding the needs in depth of employees by engaging into conversations with key stakeholders by administering diagnostic tools
- Designing OD interventions like - High Performer study, Job and Competency Analysis etc.
- Independently facilitate Development centers which includes - designing tools, facilitating the center, sharing feedback, analyzing data and presenting the trends, creating participant reports and individual development plans.
- Handling independent projects like Coaching which includes - Executive coaching for Senior Management, handling the internal coaching - coverage, training, reports and support to new coaches
- Facilitating classroom and virtual Leadership development programs for other group countries in Asia region including assessment, content creation.
- Planning and Communication within the training team and across functions
Would prefer :
- Possess masters qualification, Preferably in Psychology
- Have 7-12 yrs of experience in experience in handling OD interventions, facilitating development centers, leading Coaching projects, conducting training and creating content, either in Training Consulting company or mid to large MNC
- Impeccable English, multi-lingual would be an advantage, exceptional skills in connecting influencing people even at senior level, humble in communication and listening ability
- Strong customer centric approach-sensitive to customer's needs with speed
