- Design business focussed OD interventions based on business challenges and define roadmap for strategic HR interventions.
- Understand emerging business & functional needs and help create right Organization Design & Structures, relevant people practices and offerings.
- Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure, climate, Org health etc. and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient.
- Use diagnostic tools (surveys, assessments, cultural diagnostics, frameworks, focus group discussions etc.) organization design principles in the organizational settings and derive action plans/ solutions for Business / HR Heads
- Assist and project manage change management initiatives by recommending best-suited interventions backed with detailed diagnostics.
- Conceptualize and implement large scale change management interventions and measure effectiveness of such interventions.
- Ensure delivery of the employer brand promise(EVP) by designing new initiatives, strengthening and realigning existing initiatives. Communicate effectively to the external audience about the unique Mahindra experience and build the employer brand.
