- Set & educate on methodologies for tracking Performance/Productivity
- Track AS IS performance/productivity level
- Define & Arrange right trainings for employee growth
- Create successor planning along with growth path planning
- Educate on company policy and create their bonding for the same
- Create & maintain positive culture during employee tenure
- Continually Improve Culture ambience of teams
- Handling any queries and concerns of employees
- Retention of Employees
- Vendor Management regarding all above With HR
- Required audits to maintain above
