- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Ability to manage the entire performance management system for the better functioning of the organization and employees.
- Should have hands on experience in organizational design/structure and should have the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Should have the relevant skillsets to drive capability development initiatives and graduate trainee programmes.
- Should have the ability in identifying high potential employees and prepare them for succession planning by high potential management.
- Should have the ability to design assessments and value activation techniques in order to maintain and retain top talent in the organization.
- Should be okay working as an Individual Contributor & highly flexible in setting up programmes and talent development activities in the fast-changing organizational environment.
- Should be efficient in driving the process of change management, behavioral change,vaues,purpose etc.
- Should have excellent communication skills & good relationship skills, and a never give up and a can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Should have experience in developing the sales development plan for bulk employees of the organization.
