Job Title - Organization Development Manager

Location - Pune

Years of experience - 8+ Years

Reporting - Head - Learning & Development

Education - Graduate / MBA (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Designing & implementing development programs, especially, Leadership development Programs and managerial development programs

- Implementing succession planning programs

- Designing engagement initiatives

- Implementing Pulse surveys, FGD & action planning

- It would be good if they have experience in managing DEI programs

- Designing career paths for employees

- Implement IJPs

- Create frameworks for Reward & recognition or L&D or any other initiative

- Develop Competency mapping, running assessment centers

Competence:

- Excellent communication skills

- Well versed with Microsoft Office
