Position : OD Manager
Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai
Exp : 10 + years ( 4 year work experience in HR/OD analytics, data management for Assessments/psychometrics/research)
Job Profile :
Primary responsibilities for this role will include managing projects and processes including:
Analyze data to assist in Talent & Organizational Planning process (Succession Planning)
Support for competency modeling and implementation
Design, execution, and consult on Organizational surveys, Performance reports, attrition data analysis and other trend analysis for HR.
Research external OD trends and innovations, remaining current with new developments and technologies
Pilot and test new OD innovations and divisions and make go forward recommendations
Provide logistical and analytical support to Learning and Organizational Development; Deliver strong recommendations based on connections drawn and insights gathered through People Capability Tools and Process.
Manage tools and processes that support Building People Capability cycle including performance management, 360 feedback, individual development planning and ongoing coaching and mentoring
Support leadership tools and processes, such as the Hogan Leadership Assessment Tool, Culture analysis surveys.
Assist in managing external vendor relationships, such as Assessment Center and engagement vendors
Measure effectiveness and business impact of programs, resources and initiative.
The Analysts specializes in the following areas of expertise:
Education/Experience:
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
Overall 10 year + experience
4 year work experience in HR/OD analytics, data management for Assessments/psychometrics/research.
Demonstrated proficiency in all of the following Microsoft Applications: Word, Outlook E-mail and Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Advance Excel, statistics, trend analysis, Research methodology is a must
Familiarity with statistical packages, R and/or SQL. Familiarity with writing scripts, visual basic, basic coding will be added advantage
Applicant will be asked to submit work product examples and/or to complete specific assignments during the selection process.
To manage databases, gather and analyze information, and develop recommendations/insights
