Manager - Organization Design - Consulting Firm

Organization Design Studies:

- To lead and manage assigned Organization Design Studies (small to medium departments) for recommending effective Design for various Business.

- Propose new organization structure with the manpower numbers along with syndicating it with concerned HOD for implementation

- Creates DRAFT deliverables for OD studies.

Special Projects/ Initiatives:

- Manage OD projects end to end as assigned

- Drive data sanitization across the group

- Support for HR processes implementation

- Analyze various MIS Reports and also create MIS as required by PHR

- Any other project as assigned

Manpower Resource Planning:

- Review and manage Annual Staffing Plan (ASP) in coordination with Business HR

- Study of ASP numbers and finalization of structures and numbers in order to finalize the Human Capital budget.

- Assessing the manpower requirements in case of any changes in the business scenario like new projects, change in strategies, divestments etc.
