Manager - Organisational Development - Manufacturing

About Company- A well known Auto product manufacturer having Its Corporate office in Delhi & 14 Units in India. This is very few Auto component manufacturer which is having its own R&D set up also .

Position- Manager-OD (later on going to be team mgt role)

Reporting to Chief HR Head

- Creating Organisation brand

- Taking new initiatives

MIS etc.

Candidate profile: Female/Male, having full time MBA-HR from good Management institute. Consistent performer in job with relevant accomplishments . Young,excellent communicator, positive attitude with high energy level.

Location preference: Our client will prefer candidate from Delhi/NCR only, from any reputed Manufacturing /Telecom or related Industries.
