About the Role :
- Designs the framework for OD, change management, culture, and values building.
- Leverage business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking data, and best-in-class OD resources to suggest changes in organizational structures, processes, communication, and similar levers.
- Research, design and implement well-thought through processes in the areas of talent management, rewards strategy, hi-potential programs, succession planning etc.
- Works with other Leads/HODs in order to understand the key performance improvement indicators and builds the Performance Management framework for the organization.
- Support in the creation, execution, and management of the career path architecture building clear linkages to the lateral movement guideline.
- Design a strong high potential program that will help identify and develop high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels.
- Align the competency framework to other hiring decisions, performance planning, and career development initiatives.
- Conduct organization diagnostics with the help of analytics, identify trends and suggest interventions.
As a successful Candidate:
- You have a relevant postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters HR from B-School or Tier 1 institutions).
- You have 5+ years of relevant HR experience with exposure in the area of Organization Development from BFSI/Consulting domain
- You have an excellent conceptual clarity in (HR / OD).
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data.
