O2C Manager _ NBFC _ Mumbai
THE ROLE:
- Reporting to the Group Head of Credit Management, this is a new and transverse role aiming at optimizing the group's cash generation by supervising a team located both in Marseille and in overseas' Regional Offices, and by relentlessly engaging with other departments to continuously improve cash generation.
- You provide a comprehensive dashboard of the main pain-points and set in motion coordinated responses to global issues affecting cash generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting as deputy for the Group Head of Credit Management, you demonstrate capabilities to proactively engage with multiple stakeholders in a complex and international environment. Your communication skills are flawless, with expected frequent and direct communications shared with Executive Committee members.
Your duties will comprise mainly of the:
- Provide a holistic view of the Group's Order-to-cash performance:
- Invoicing turnaround time & quality
- Demurrage invoicing & cash generation
- Collection performance
- Dispute resolution turnaround time
- Proactively engage with the following stakeholders to ensure optimal order-to-cash conversion time:
- Commercial and trades' teams
- Customer Care
- Credit Management
- Revenue & Financial Control teams
- Take an active part in the design and deployment of the Group's ERP: SAP
- Define and ensure periodic review of group's Credit Policy
- Drive the team and overseas resources to provide update risk report and suggest coverage policy
