Manager - Operations - Used Car Loans

About the role:

- Manage entire backend operations for Used Car Loans.

- Closely monitor key performance metrics and take necessary actions.

- Identify process gaps and bridge them

- Closely work with Sales.

- Team and facilitate smooth case disbursals.

- Setup Ops process for new cities.

Role Specifications:

- At least 6 years of relevant experience with an NBFC or Bank

- Process-oriented

- Good with numbers and reports

- Must be a team player
