Operations Manager - US Staffing
- Delivery Management, Business HR Partner, Global Resource & Operations Management & Business Acquisition.
- People Management (Exp of handling bigger teams: - 50 team)
- Performance Management
- Client Management
- Vendor Management.
- Payroll Management
- Ensuring Global Delivery Excellence across verticals (BFSI, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Pharma & technology (Enterprise Solutions, Consulting and Infrastructure Management) .
- Resource Management - Staffing for successful delivery, improvement of bottom line and effective attrition planning for effective delivery of projects.
- Quality Management - Periodic Quality & Process Audits, Monitor adherence to various corporate Process requirements - ISO, CMM Closure of Quality Gaps and initiate process revisions at regular intervals.
- Customer Satisfaction - Regular review of Key customer Delivery Metrics, detailed analysis of Larger & Strategic customer accounts
- SLA driven resource fulfilment (includes Internal / lateral & entry level hiring / Contract & sub-contract hiring).
- Resource Planning and Re-skilling
- Cost Optimization initiatives and Monitoring & review of corresponding Metrics.
- Participation in Business Acquisition
- Global Responsibility for all Resource Related Escalations
- Visa Planning
- Global Rotation
- Effective Review and implementation of Resource Management Processes & Metrics
- Effective implementation of 306090 Day Planning
- Effective utilization of Sub-Contract Resources by balancing cost & resource fulfillment
- Reduction of Bench Strength with extensive focus on Onsite bench
- Re-skilling of Resources with collaboration with Competency Units and Learning Centre
- Minimal Revenue loss due to lack of Resources
- Effective management of Virtual Pool Bench, which resulted in enhanced employee delight and reduction of recruitment cost & time.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
- 10+ years of US IT Sales, Solutions and Recruitment experience
- Have a proven track record and expertise in managing and developing team of US IT Recruitment / Staffing /Sales
- Good Understanding of Various IT domains and technologies
- Must have Experience in leading a team and has the experience in managing, training and has been responsible for production of recruiters/team members.
- Should poses excellent knowledge in screening and scrutinizing profiles, Salary Negotiations
- Must have Experience in Preparing Consolidated Report of the Team Members and sending across to the Management
- Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills
