Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Performing Qualitative and Quantitative account business development support

- Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends

- Work on client engagement teams executing Operational Transaction Services which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions

- Be responsible for creating work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives.

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English skills, and be able to discuss and reason complex technical issues

- Sound grasp of MS Powerpoint and Excel; a natural interest in working and learning to use it to an advanced level

- Ability to search/source right information from relevant sources, with exposure to research databases like Capital IQ, OneSource, Factiva, Mergermarket etc.

- An eye for detail and be able to work under pressure, remaining organized and structured in task completion

- Exposure to/ Knowledge of mergers and/or acquisitions transactions

- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Good interpersonal skills

MBA : 8 -10 years MBA from good institutes
