Manager - Operations Support - Advanced Analytics - BFSI

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze data to identify early warning signals and proactively raising alerts to business for better preparation

- Effective coordination with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure publishing required dashboards and MIS

- Regular reporting and analysis for all departments in Ops

- Revamping Incentive structure and target setting for Ops departments

- Predictive modeling for manpower requirements against business projections to help business plan adequate capacity

- Drive improvement initiatives for process improvements in analytics

- Rationalize all Ops reports & MIS automate them

- Device new reporting mechanisms and MIS dashboards, includes analysis and design of reports

- Contribute with detailed analysis and make proactive and continuous efforts to identify improvement areas and make valuable suggestions

Desired Profile:

- 7 years of advanced analytics work experience preferably in financial services industry

- Proficiency with data extraction/mining tools (data processing and analysis) using SQL

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Advanced Excel

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communications (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
