You- ll be working with star engineers, designers, product managers and business managers in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

As a Data & Analytics Product manager, your role will comprise of the following:
1. Decision Management:
- Create algorithms for demand forecasting, inventory replenishment and inventory management. Work closely with Inventory team to meet the Inventory Turns target
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, customer experience and backlog management, continuously optimizing for customer experience and fulfillment efficiency
- Integrate known future events and constraint management into a weekly planning process routine
- Manage operational issues with our fulfillment centers and retail teams, resolving operational queries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Contribute towards the quarterly strategic planning process
- Present operational and project updates to senior management
2. Define Data vision for the Operations and Supply chain organization: You should be a highly experienced thinker who will acquire a deep understanding of all business functions
- You will not just be exposed to Supply but will also think creatively with the CEO and other functional leaders to identify the Data gaps and proactively take ownership of the forward-looking Data road-map related to Supply and Operations
- You will be responsible for data democratization. Translate all requirements/ performance criteria to KPIs and make it available to all functional managers for faster day to day decision making
- You will also lead the transformation of supply related product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, and the overall objectives of the business
- You will be in charge of identifying operational weaknesses and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of all activities for the purpose of meeting the supply and business goal
3. Defining core versus context: You will need to be thoughtful and judicious about making the right long-term data and product investments for the business. You will also be tasked to identify these areas and work with the engineering team to ensure strong alignment.
4. Team building: Work towards building the best in class operations and supply chain analytics team
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master's degree in business and or engineering
- 2+ years of professional experience in planning, forecasting and/or Supply Chain
- 6+ years experience in building analytic solutions
- Hands-on with SQL and Python/ R
- Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
Required Skills:
- 6-9 years of proven Analytic experience delivering highly successful and innovative Data products
- Experience in defining market and product requirements, working with engineering & analytic organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements
- Being highly customer-centric with an appreciation to understand customer behavior. Stellar design instinct and product taste
- A - driver- personality - biased toward action, great collaborator, and master disambiguator/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
