Job Summary: The Operations Manager shall be responsible for Revenue Assurance, Risk Management, Collection and Client Servicing associated with Selling transactions and Operations. This role involves developing and implementing Processes to safeguard the firm's interests and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Assurance:

- Ensuring seamless Revenue realization through meticulous analysis, process improvements and compliance oversight.

- To identify and minimize discrepancies to ensure correct and timely invoicing.

2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Evaluate potential risks related to sale transactions, market conditions and operational processes.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential areas of exposure.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement risk control measures.

3. Contract Review:

- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents for potential risks.

- Collaborate with legal teams to address risk-related clauses and ensure contractual compliance.

4. Due Diligence:

- Oversee due diligence processes for Inventory and Sales.

- Assess potential risks associated with specific transactions.

5. Incident Response:

- Develop and implement response plans for potential risk incidents.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve risk-related issues.

6. Collections:

- Oversee and manage the Collections process ensuring timely and efficient recovery of receivables and outstanding dues.

- Develop and implement processes to optimize Collections and reduce arrears.

7. Client and Customer Relationship:

- Foster positive relationships with clients and customers throughout the Real Estate Transaction process.

- Develop and Implement Customer Service Strategy and Processes thereof, to ensure effective satisfaction and retention.
