Responsibilities:
Overall Resort Operations:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire resort operation, ensuring it maintains the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all departments within the resort, including housekeeping, security, front desk, dining, and others.
- Manage financial aspects of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy rates.
- Maintain a strong focus on profitability and ensure the resort achieves its financial goals.
Human Resource Management:
- Lead and manage the resort's human resources function, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Leadership & Communication:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the resort team, motivating them to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and business partners.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of a resort operation, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Outstanding customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak seasons
