As a
Manager Operations
, you will be managing day-to-day operations and ensuring on-time delivery.
What you will do:
- Managing 15-20 managers who will further manager 10-15 drivers each
- Improving and maintaining Drive Pickup & Delivery Partners attendance and efficiencies
- Improving and maintaining promised delivery times for better customer experience.
- Conducting classroom/ field training at the individual level for better customer experience.
- Conducting regular field audits for better compliance among Pickup & Delivery Partners.
- Managing and controlling voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting regular engagement activities.
- Providing feedback at the individual level and conduct weekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.
- Ensuring excellent customer experience by solving order-level escalations.
- Supporting Pickup & Delivery Partners during emergencies and exigencies.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Should have managed a fleet size of at least 100 vehicles
- Should have extensive exp of handling blue-collar drivers
- Should have handled ecomm deliveries (last mile)
- Willing to travel to other metros and in Delhi NCR
Experience:
6 to 11 years
