Operations Manager (Diversity Position)

- The purpose of the job is to Plan, direct, and monitor all Production activities & Services to meet the production schedules with optimum utilization of resources, ensuring product quality, EOHS norms, equipment upkeep, while keeping costs and wastage at the lowest possible levels.

- Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labour and capital resources to maximize productivity.

- Analyse production, maintenance, and downtime records to identify & resolve problems for performance improvement. Interface with other functions such as Quality, Commercial, Logistics & Planning, HR etc. to drive Supply chain efficiency.

- To understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.

- Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance or down times to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules.

- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as making, finishing & other incidental activities.

Candidate Profile :

- Diversity Candidate with 12 plus years Experience ( 6 + for Premium B School / Engineering College) in Plant Operations
