Manager - Operations Planning - eCommerce

- Manage overall Network & Capacity planning for Supply Chain & Logistics

- Work with Sales Planning teams in arriving at detailed Sales forecasts and collaborate with the Manufacturing SCM teams in solving for Production schedules

- Track Production schedules and work with relevant teams in making adjustments on the fly

- Network Capacity planning

- 5-7 years experience in Supply chain / Operations planning & strategy

- Engg + MBA (Premier school)

- E-Commerce / Manufacturing experience required

- Customer Support & Transaction risk management. Coordinated with all the stakeholders to maintain the health of overall operations.

- Responsible for deployment, enhancement and maintenance of forecasting tools and portals.experience, Promise Management and manage key metrics such as multi-order Splits, Inventory placement and Supply Chain Backlog.

- Inbound Business- process optimization

- Set up guidelines for appointment scheduling and freight refusal for sellers and warehouses.

- Set up damage standard and prep activity guidelines for warehouse operations.

- Set up the shipment prioritization (Hot PO) process.

- Coordinate with the vendor management team for optimization of inbound inventory to achieve smooth operational
 flow.

- Peak event/promotions coordination and management

- Engage with Events-core team for events and promotions finalization at a broad level.

- Coordinate with Operations (Warehouse, Trans, Customer Support and Transaction risk management) teams
