Opening with a leading Manufacturing company for Manager Operation

Job Title: Operations Manager

Qualification - BE + MBA optional

Total Experience - Minimum 10 to 12 yrs

Role:

- Handling the business unit of Manufacturing. Where candidate should have strong leadership qualities in leading unit, and good experience in Production, Man/Machine Management, Process Shop Floor discipline, Lean Management, Overall Quality and systems and Procedures, productivity, Cost improvement, in a methodological way by using statistical tools like DMAIC, DFM, OPEX (6 SIGMA), 5S, TPM, KAIZEN.

- Exposure to the direct customer handling

Candidates Should be from FMCG Industry only.
