Manager - Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of projects assigned
- Ensure Team Leaders are completing daily task.
- Ensure proper allocation of work.
- Excellent working environment.
- Participate in Global Ops Call.
- Providing thought leadership to do work better.
- Handover and follow-up with team members.
- One point of contact for GM-India for Ops.
- Ensure timely tracking sheet, allocation sheet, and forecast allocation sheet to Senior Management.
- Ensuring 99% completion rate for Ops shops and 99% finalized report for editing.
Client Management :
- Manage all Client escalation by Team Leaders.
- Weekly calls with Clients.
- Providing new solutions & recommendations to Clients.
- Growing existing Client business by understanding Client needs.
- Ensuring Set up Clients are trained on Apollo and new system features.
Billing :
- Ensure 100% accurate Client billing within TAT.
- Knowledge about the local cost outs.
- Ensuring shop/evaluation completion at lower expenses.
Leadership :
- Mentoring and guiding team members
- Ensuring regular performance review and constant development of team members.
- Ensuring highly motivated and charged workforce.
