As my client's Operation Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help build their early business, and define the future of truly ground-breaking logistics technology. Candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring superior customer service and ensuring quick solving of escalations
- Ensuring order fulfilment within the target prices set by pricing team
- Checking and Improving Operational efficiency leading to minimal losses at customer/order leve.
- Ensuring synergy of work and purpose between various sub-teams in line with the mandate of the Operations team
- Building an energized & productive team in the region by appropriate work allocation, training and Reward & Recognition
- Serve as the onsite partner, in Delhi NCR Area, to support the tech + sales teams
- Obsess over the service needs of our customer and transportation partners
- Handle third party partners like device installers, firmware managers
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city-level, regional, and leadership efforts, and make data-driven decisions
- Taking care of procurement of resources like SIMs, Devices etc
- Always thinking about how to do things better, faster, more efficiently (cheaper).
- Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution.
- Participate in the development, implementation and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performance.
- Be able to speak to core operational and growth metrics with the management team.
- Work with the client to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges.
- Manage any issues that come up in the normal operation of freight movement
- Be resourceful, scrappy, and get things done.
Qualifications:
- Are willing to stay in the team for a minimum of 2 years
- Graduate from Tier 1 college like IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, NSIT
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, IOT, B2B tech related operations
- Understanding of how various technologies work together to drive technology adoption within existing large account base.
- Ability to plan, present, and execute a territory operations strategy.
- Effective presentation skills, with strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in Six-Sigma, Lean modelling, Supply chain management
- SOP and process implementation
